Habit Reflection

Just reflected on some of my bad-habits I’ve cut out over the years…

1) Cut out caffeine from my diet.
2) Cut out soft-drink from my diet (water was the replacement).
3) Eat green veggies with every meal, either in the form of a salad, steamed, raw or mixed into the dish.
4) Eat at least 2 pieces of fruit per day (Apples and bananas usually).
5) Signifigantly cut down on sweets and refined sugar, especially chocolate.
6) Make sure I brush my teeth twice a day.
7) Cut down on alcohol.
8) Completely cut out McDonalds/KFC/Red Rooster/Hungry Jacks (Burger King in the US).

Net result has been a good level of weight-loss, from 115kg late in 2005 down to 80.9kg today, but there is more to come :)
